I give thanks to the deer for giving his life andeat the heart that night.
I've heard "mountain oysters" are good to eat but I've never tried them.
I always carry a glass jar with me and save the pee.Weather it's a buck or doe,I use the pee as scent for the next deer.
After the deer is hanging I cut the hocks off.
