One of my hunting buddies put together a "Second" buckle fashioned from parachute string & 2 carabineers.

You clip the carabineers to the metal climbing loops on the sides of the belt. No was this thing is coming off now.

I am in the process of creating the same thing now. Makes you feel extra safe.

That being said, I will in no way warrant the design, construction or performance of said device.
