Official 525 lbs! Day two of the (Ontario)bearseason, 07 Sep 05, around 7:30 PM. 30 yards out and slightly quartering away. Double lung hit and still made it 150 to200 yards.Parker phoenix 34 bow set at 63 lbs, gold tip carbon shaft and Slick Trick broadhead. Bear was in view 20 mins before I took him. The fellow skinning with my son Matthew is Ron Stinson of Buck Lake Outfitters located literally 5 minutes from our hunt camp.Check it out at:http://www.bucklakeoutfitters.com/ If you hunt with Ron, Pete and Gary of Buck Lake Outfittersyou don't have to travel to Manitoba to get a trophy bear.
