Bow speed is highly overrated, unless you want a bow strictly for 3D tournaments. Give me a heavy hitter any day.

My bow shoots 874.35 miles FPS.

All I have to do is point it at a deer, and the deer dies.

(Wait a minute, that's my gun...nevermind)

RE: bow speed, doesn't anyone tell the truth?

I shoot a 2003 magnatec hoyt, all I know is when me and my buddys goto a 3-d shoot it takes two guys to pull my arrows, my hoyt will sink the arrow about 2 inches deeper than anyone elses bow (PSE, MATHEWS, AND PARKER) my buddys all want me to turn down my poundage. I shoot 31.5 draw at 74# carbons 100 grain tips. Its plenty fast enough for me and it hits HARD.
