IMO,most fiber optic sight (green) will work well in low light if you shoot with both eyes open, and a large peep. I have never had a problem myself getting shots late. If I can't get a shot, it's usually too dark to be shooting anyhow. There are some REAL bright sights out there these days, but you don't need to spend $100 or more to get a nice one that will work well.

If you don't shoot both eyes open with a large peep, you will probably need one of the brighter sights in order to make it happen.

Of course....there's always the ArthurP method

Unfortunately, I'm right handed and left eye dominant. So shooting with both eyes open is out of the question. I don't like the idea of shooting at a deer without knowing exactly where my arrow is going. Although, I will look into Arthur's suggestions. The guy obviously knows a ton about archery.
Thanks for the suggestions guys. Please keep them coming.

I use a single pin filled with tritium gas. It will glow for ±500 years.I think you can still find them.

HHA Optimizer single pin..I was going to put a pin light in it, but I don't need it. the HHA is the brightest sight on the market and it has a spot for putting in a pin illuminator light. The chance of it getting moved too is almost impossible because it's built so well..

Can't believe nobody has mentioned Vital Bow Gear sights. They are the brightest pins I have ever seen period.

A Red Dot Scope.

However, I'm with Auther and will be going sight free with my new recurve.

Cobra Sidewinder Radiant is excellent in my opinion. I opted for it on my hunting bow this season. Extremely bright pins with or without the light source.

I didn't see this post before I posted. You need to check out a Red Dot Scope. It will greatly help you in this situation unless you go without sites.

Good luck

Got a $15 tru-glo site from wally-world,and put a tru-glo tritium pin in it for another $25.You will not have to buy batteries,or glow sticks. You can see it in pitch black darkness, but it's not too bright that it over powers your site window. It is awesome.
