What would you do if PETA came in and messed up your hunt or screwed with you after you shot a deer?

I would call the cops, since it is illegal to harrass hunters while hunting in most, if not all, states. I am not the kind of guy that would fight them or slash their tires. I would let the authorities take care of them.

Send them over to my property, I don't see as good as I used to. Besides I am looking for fill material in my washed out culvert!

I wish they would follow me into the woods. They would walk until their feet blistered, and they would be more lost than they could ever imagine.

If they just showed up, what could you really do?If it's public land, they're in a place that they're legally entitled to be. I would, however, apprise them of my rights to pursue legal action against themand under what circumstances my cause of action would be colorable. If it was private land, however, I wouldhurry out to their vehicles and record the license and VIN #'s. The landowner then could pursue a conviction in criminal trespass.

You'll find out that when you are more aware of your legal rights than they are, they'll leave you alone, and pick on somebody else.

I wouldn't get mad, that's for sure. That's the reaction they want.
