Does Thermacell work while moving?
I know this isnt anything about bow hunting but i thought i would get the answer i need here faster than in any other forum.
Well i was wondering doesThermacell only work while standing still or can u be walking with it and it will work? I was planning on buying it at Bass Pro either if it works while moving or not because it would be great to have up on my stand. But i wanted something for when out scouting because down here in FL in the Everglades oh boy do the mosquitos bite.

Only one way to find out.
I am sure it would work while moving around as long as you weren't moving too fast.
I know of several people that attach it to their belts when scouting, fishing, hiking, etc... and from what they have said it does still work
Even if you find that it does not work all that well while moving around it is still well worth the price to keep the skeeters off while treestand hunting.

If you move slowly. But I would have to tend to say yes anyway as the skeeters are homing in to you by the scent trail your leaving. So their attacking from behind and then swarming. Let us know how you make out. Also you will be stopping occasionally. While scouting I use No Stinkin Ticks on my clothes and No Stinkin Bugs on my skin.

If you're moving fast enough you don't need it.
When you stop it'll be there.[8D]
I suspect a small amount would be deposited on our clothes as you moved an/or trail you in your wake like a draft from two NASCARs. Ideally it would work to it's max in no wind standing still.
