Thats a bargain in Tx. I bet that ranch isint located in south Texas because if it was then it would be twice that much. I have never read on a website where somebody was badmouthing the cost of an elk hunt on the White mountain indian reservation or the likes, but mention the word whitetail and all that changes.........

Anyhow, I looked on the website of this place to see what they charged. They charge $3750 for a buck.

Sort of like using an ATV or a horse I guess. If it was population control thing I doubt they were too concerned with it. I agree, maybe not something that should have been televised.

I too feel that maybe it shouldn't be shown on TV in the manner that it is. I also know that the golf courses are indeedoverrun with antelope. I grew up in Gillette which is about 40 miles from Wright, WY. They have a bow season there as well, but you have to kill 2 does before you can kill a buck.
