I hope not, cause you are going to be illegal if you do. Our archery season only runs to the 2nd week of nov.

My goals are the same as they have been. Shoot as many does as I can and take a nice buck.

What are your goals for this year's hunting season?

Get a turkey with my compound, get a deer with my recurve, and as always shoot the new world record deer with either compound or recurve

What were your goals from last year? Did you meet them?

Get my first bow buck: Yes, a nice 270lb 8 pt.
Get a turkey with my compound: No, came close 3 different times but close doesn't count.
Hunt with my recurve: No, ran out of time to practice enough last summer

To spend more time in the woods then last year.Also to hunt agressively the stand locations I've picked. Most importantly is just getting out into the woods and relaxing.
Last year I failed to harvest a mature buck with my bow which was my goal. I passed a few that should be shooters (in my eyes) this fall and also found two strong funnels that should produce.

take a mature buck. that has been my goal for some time. missed one real good 140 class eight about five years ago. we'll see. oh, get my young friend a deer. that is my number one goal. he got a shot at one last year, but missed. think it will be a different story this year.

My goals for this season are to put some meat in the fridge, donate some to the homeless, and to score on a new biggest buck. It's been a few years without getting one, so I figure I'm due.

Always looking to shoot a monster but I have one goal for a morning hunt. 6 arrows = 6 dead deer.

harvest a deer with my bow(first year i'm seriously hunting with a bow)
harvest a mature buck(gun or bow...prefurably bow)
have fun

bow hunting goals from last year(didn't have any)

but deer hunting overall

harvest a deer(i did a 1 1/2 year old buck or so)
have fun(of course i was hunting)

I'd like to let a buck walk, so far I've never passed up a shot on a buck but I gonan make sure nto to shoot any 1 and a half yr old bucks
