I prefer a full headnet. Easy on and off and I don't get camo grease paint all over me. And as someone else pointed out, the mosquitos don't run off with you (I hunt in a bottom area close to a swamp). I wore enough face paint when I was an infantryman. Gets old after a while.

Headnet, quick and easy to put on. Face paint is too much of a pain. Does not bother me at all to have a headnet on.

Either face paint, or sometimes nothing. Early season is hot, so the paint works out good cause i only wear a shirt. Late season when it gets colder i have a neck gaiter i always wear so i dont use paint or a mask, and if i see something i can pull it up under my eyes till i get ready to shoot, then it just moves down out of the way.
