When you refer to "grip" do you mean how you hold your bow or do you mean the actual grip on your bow? Alot of bows have interchangeable grips, that's why I ask.

If you're refering to the bows grip I have no suggestion. I'm happy with the standard wood grip that came on my firestorm.

If you're refering to how you hold your bow you don't want advise from me. I shoot with a low wrist grip. This is not ideal if you plan to shoot competitions or 3-d shoots where you shoot lots of arrows. I like the low wrist in combination with a slightly bent bow arm. I tire and loose accuracy after 45 or so shots because my form becomes inconsistent but since I mostly bow hunt this dose not bother me. I strive for 1 perfect shot on the first shot so the form that works for me, might well be shunned by professional archers. When I'm at full draw I don't want to release and catch my sleeve with the string or even have that thought in my head. At that point I want my actions to be automatic. Draw, anchor, I then let my bow arm bend slightly to settle into my form. I pick a spot and let it fly.

Sorry if I didn't answer your question directly but this is what works for me.

I also should have mentioned my hand is relaxed on the grip with my fingers loosly hanging in front of the grip.
