I bought an API climber last fall and used it extensively during bow season. The problem is this. The harness (which seems like a quality harness) is very limited in the circumference of the tree it will handle. I find myself looking for smaller trees than my stand is capaple of climbing, and smaller than I'd prefer.

Has anyone else had similar issues with an API or other brand harness??

mOOsedrool, reread your harness instructions carefully. The harness strap will fit larger diameter trees then the stand. The adjustment buckle on the strap needs adjusted at bit for proper fit.
