Bear razorheads, Phantoms, Steel force are all excellent heads. My favorite cut on impact head is The Magnus 125 grn 2 blade srew in, or the Magnus stinger. Any of these heads will work very well.

fixed blade heads cut the easiest...hence the good penetration. However, heads with a larger chisel or Trocar style head seem to get through bone better. Perhaps because these blades usually have a smaller blade surface area.
recent tests have shown that some mechanicals can/will penetrate BETTER than some cut on impact style heads.
This is NOT meant to start an arguement....just to add another view, and give more info.

I used magnus 100 grain last year and had passthrus on both deer i shot . first year ever to watch my deer fall from my stand one went about 50 yards the other went about 20 . I saw a video of ted nugent shoot a zebra with the same head with 55 lbs = complete passthru .

Last I looked those are not cut on contact.
Personally I use Stos which I believe are made by Magnus. I use the 145 grain with a 42 grain adapter.

RE: good cut on impact broadhead
Would have to recomend the Magnus 2 blade. I shoot an older Bear bow set at 55 lbs. with a 26 1/2 draw with a 375 grain arrow 220 fps.The last deer I got was a dbl lung shot that blew through the deer and stuck in a tree. Now i've seen some of my buddies not get that usen their speed demon bows at higher poundage usen mechanicals or other type heads.....just my 2 cents.
