Default Dusk Devil

Does anyone out there happen to use the Dusk Devil bowsight made by Black Gold or heard any reviews on it? I like the concept and it seems like a quality product. Thanks.

I use one and have had very satisfied with it. It is a very rugged sight, bright until you can't see the deer any way, very adjustable. Mine is the older version and the new ones look to be even better.

I highly reccomend this sight.

The only problem with if is the micro pins tend to "halo" abot 30 - 45 minutes before dark. This only lasts for about ten minutes of dimming light and goes away as it gets darker. Having said that I have noticed this with other .019" pins on other sights as well. I think for hunting purposes the larger .029" pins will be better.

Other than this it has been an excelent sight.

I've used the last two year models of the Dusk Devil and have been extremely pleased with both. Life time warranty doesn't hurt either. Wanting to see the new 2005 model.

I have the last two models and have been happy with both of them. They are very tough. I did a lot of spot and stalk antelope hunting which entails hours of crawling around on the ground and you dont have to worry about the pins. The way they protect the fiber optic pins works great. I bought a spott hogg this past summer and I think I'll be putting the dusk devil back on. The fiber optics on the hogg site are always getting pushed out of position by brush and grass, that is a non issue with the dusk devil. It's a great product.

Thanks guys...you've basically confirmed what their website proclaims. Never hurts to hear it from the guys that are out there amongst 'em though. Thanks again and happy hunting.
