Default Bowtech Allegiance - WOW

Okay, I'm not as technically as sophisticated as most in here, but from a bowhunter's point of view, this bow is all that it's cracked up to be. I have owned by Bowtech and Mathews in the past and consider Mathews to produce the quietest bows on the market, however the Bowtech line offers pure power. Well I got caught up in the new bowtech line and purchased an Allegiance. I finally got it set up and made it out to shoot yesterday afternoon. First off, I have a 27" draw, shoot 70LBs, carbon express 300 at 25.5" and use a MZE rest. We've estimated, but not measured officially, that I'm getting just over 300FPS and from the way the arrow leaves the bow and hits its target, I would think is within 5 FPS either way. Just exactly what we've come to expect from Bowtech.

The bow is as smooth as any I've drawn and is as quiet as any mathews right out of the box, with a quality stabilizer the only addition. So, I was just so impressed and pleased, I just had to add to the overwhelming positives we've all been hearing about his model. It is everything we've been reading and perhaps more. The only problem is waiting for next season to see it in true action. Fast, quiet, smooth and lightweight. What else could you want in a hunting bow. WOW...I'm in love.

Thanks.

Kelly

Hi there, I'm going to be getting this bow my self! And I also have a 27 inch draw length so this is GREAT news for me. I get to read about how its going with someone with the same exact set up im geting. How does the Muzzy hook up to it? This is a rest I like so, I'm glad to hear that it works with the Allegance. Also do you have it set up for the 80% letoff? If so how much did it add to your draw length?
Thanks for any info you can give me, and PLEASE keep us( exspecaly me)updated on how you like it and what you come up with for the speed of that thing.
Thanks
