My new X-4 Viper had a creeking noise in the top.I called Summit and talked to Tim and explained the problem to him.Time was a major issue,so he sent a new top out,next day Fed-X,at no charge.The new X-4 top is great,and I did'nt miss any time in the woods.
So,Thanks Summit,for making what I think are the best treestands on the market,and thanks Tim for showing they also the customer service to match....Bob

Summit is a great company. I said I liked the front bar of the stand and they send me a hat, video, and summit magazine!

i wish i would have got a summit instead of a crappy API.

They definitely are a first rate company. The fact that they cared enough to send it overnight says alot of their approach to the people that buy their products. I have spoken with Will on several occasions and he impressed me as one down to earth person. Easy to talk to and very interested in the satisfaction of those that bought Summit products.
