I shot a Baby-G for most of last season. It is a very fast bow, but has a low brace height and is not very forgiving. (it will give you welts where the string hits your arm)
For $140, I don't think it would be a bad deal. Just make sure you use a wrist guard.

I own a Baby-G and really like it. It is my first bow and this will be the first season to hunt with it. For $140, I'd say go for it. Mine cost around $399 new. Reacher is right though, I've caught my arm a few times with the string and it's not a pretty site. Get an arm gaurd until your use to shooting it.

I got my first deer with bow in 1998 with the baby-G.It was the dual cam model, very fast. But like everyone said, not very forgiving.I can honestly say i cant ever remember hitting my arm with the string though. If you do get it and have good form have the bow set up for you and you will have no problems with it
