How do you install the turbo nock?

How do you install the turbo nock?
Does the turbonock slide over the existing nock of the arrow or do you have to remove the original nock and then put on the turbonock. Do you glue the turboknock on or does it slide on and off? Will this work for my CX300 arrows?
