Default BabyG vs Xtec-Outback

I currently have a single cam PSE Baby G(2001?)- Its ok -fast- , but, I have never been able to shoot it really well , even with a great deal of practice. I am told this is becuase of it's balance and vibration issues.(Not to mention the occasional slap) So I went to the archery shop...
THE QUESTION- Do I try to make some improvements-ie. -carbon arrows, new rest, doinker, etc.. ------OR---

Do I go out out and drop a Load of $$ on an Outback or Xtec?[] I have shot both and they are outstanding that will be another decision.

Thanks for the help!!

dude, you obviously have to go drop a grand on a new bow...come on, live a little.....actually, if you dont have any confidence in your rig, you might think about switching, are you sure your baby g is tuned correctly?....the outbacks and xtecs are both sweet shooters though.

Protec is a better accuracy choice then the X-tec. But either are much better then what you got.

my advice is try to find a used bow (new model) and get some good accessories to go with. That way you get out cheaper and still get a new solid setup.

I upgraded from a Baby-G to an LX and I couldn't be happier.

Buy a new bow it will make everything better. I'm just joking but really I can't think of a less forgiving bow than a baby-g. They're also really noisy. If you want a more shootable bow choose one with a little longer length.
