The only major downside I had to mine, the new drop in model cures. But I am going with a trophy taker now.

Shootem Up, It looks like you need more space for your arrow nock so you won't have pinch against your loop knots. I would just remove the brass nock and set my arrow nock on top of the bottom loop knot.

i have last years biscuit that i would sell for $30, had maybe 100 arrows shot through it. the used bow i bought has a muzzy zero effect and i'm going to go with it.

I just put a wisker biscuit on my pse spyder. I love it. It works great and doesent hurt my fletching.[&:]

My concern would not be with the losing on speed, but of good arrow flight. Do you keep knocking the arrow off in the treestand? If you are stalking i could understand wanting one but i can't see the need in a treestand.

ever tried reaching for your bow while keeping your eyes on the deer?
no real easy and sometimes you miss your "approach" and tap the bow and oops off goes the arrow or when raising it you tap something and oops, or......, or.......
