Parker Bows
I just bought my first bow, a 2003 Hunter Mag Outfitter setup, but these bows look way cool!

You are right, it does look like an LX, but thank goodness it doesn't have any String suppressors on it. I guess they are holding up OK, but I for one have no interest at all in somebody drilling a hole in the limbs, then bolting something on just to quiet the string, when a pair of String Leeches or catwhiskers would do the same thing. JMHO
Parker never seemed to be real cutting edge innovators, but maybe when they copy something, they do improve on the original.

There are a lot of bows out there that look very similar with their riser design and cam designs. Parker, Bowtech, Mathews, PSE, CSS, HCA.
About the Parker though.
The limbs are centered over the riser so the limb pockets do not lean to one side. Yes, Mathews limb pockets do lean.
They didn't drill any holes in the limbs for unnecessary stuff.
The entire bow is in camouflage.
They don't use those goofy roler guards that places extra stress on the limbs and require everyone to manufacture and buy special products that cost more money.
It weighs less.
And to top it off they have much better customer service.
I don't know about the price yet but they are probably less expensive as well.

Hahahahaha, sounds like you have it coming for Mathews, well it is 3.9lbs, I have to disagree with the Limb Pockets, and Roller Guard, no one has had any problems with them at all! Maybe contrary to your look at them you "think" they will lean, but the don't!

No, I don't have it out for Mathews. I just get real tired of hearing everybody say that everyone else is copying them. The archery world, despite what many people think, does not revolve around Mathews. I also really do not like their business ethics.
Sorry, but there are people that have had problems with the cables coming out of the rollers and cutting the cables.
Take a piece of paper and slide it under the limb pockets up the right side of the riser and then the left. See if the paper will slide up any farther on one side or the other. I'll bet it will. It is physically impossible for the pockets not to lean when they are not centered over the riser.

Bigbulls, I would then go talk to a Mathews dealer, and explain that, if so, and the ones you have seen, and done that with sand paper, then there is a real problem, but I really doubt there is, they don't put s*** on the Mathews bows!

I have a Hunter Mag....but those Phoenix bows look really sweet.
Gotta get to my local pro shop...he sells Parkers.
That 36 inch model is the one I want to shoot...you guys can keep your shorties.
I see that Parker isn't listing their prices on the website as they did last year.

RE: The New Parker Lineup is out
I can honstly agree that I like Mathews customer service better. My friend has a Parker and I was astonished that when his limb blew out, Parker sent him one limb to replace it. So now he has one old limb with thousands of shots. And one brand new one. I got a crack in my Mathews limb 2 years ago on my Z- Light, 2 days before one of the biggest 3-D shoots of the year and had a SET of limbs limbs sent to me and I shot the bow in the tournament that weekend. No , we are not shooting ultra light arrows either. Our bows are subjected to constant shooting and the many rigors of hunting in the rockies. They get thrown off of horses, rolled down mountains and fallen upon. Comes with the territory. For a while I thought that duct tape made the best quiver bracket. And by the way, if I invented the shoe then every one else who decided to wear shoes would be copying my idea wouldn't they. I think the same should apply to solocams also. I am not bow biased however I think that this statement is valid.
