The rage makes a great first time bow for someone just starting out with out breaking the bank. You can get it in either single cam or in the dual hyper max 10 cam. If you are a still growing archer that is a bit older and able to pull more draw weight than the "youth" bows provide both of these cams are great as they both allow for a very generous amount of draw length adjustment. The single cam providing 6 inches and the dual cam providing 10 inches of adjustment. While this bow isn't going to give you the blistering IBO speeds that many folks seem to need or want. It should, however, be a very forgiving bow to shoot. I believe it has about 8 inches of brace height.

I have not shot one of the rage bows but I have handled them and while looking for a bow for my wife she tried them out. The one we looked at had the hyper max 10 cams. We found it to have a smoth draw cycle and a generous valley. My wife's hands are too small for the grip so I think we are going to settle on the micro adrenalen with the same hyper max 10 cams as it has a much smaller grip to fit her hand.

All in all I think it's a great bow for anyone not wanting to spend a ton on a bow and still get a good shooter.

i am going 2 get the hypermax 10 cam with 10 inch of draw length adjustment. i would like 2 get a better bow but i lack the money needed. lol and it says it has an ibo speed of 290 er 292 and an amo of 229. i also have a draw length of about 27-28 inches right now. so i will hopefully be able to use it for about 5 years before i decide to spend money on a better faster bow. thank u for the help i appreciate it! ill let ya know how it turns out
