Default High Country Micro Quad bow, need help !!!

My son got a High Country micro quad for xmas. I was wondering what the bolt turn for each lb. of adjustment is? 1/2 turn equals 1 lb. or what?

Also should I run the limb bolts all the way in and then back out when adjusting the poundage?

Thanks Dave
