i want to know which is better mech or fixed for a new bowhunter and which ones on the market are best in each group. i shoot a bowtech pat. with a bisquit and an aid release at about 300 fps on vapor carbon arrows. thanks

I use Montec G5s & Rocket Steelhead 100s now.

I think you' ll find it hard to tune fixed heads at thoses speeds, especially as a beginner. Some folks say it cant be done.

Go to www.broadheadtests.com you will find some info I wrote concerning this very subject. It should at the very least get you on the right track.
