Default Reviews on PSE BOW MADNESS XS?

I'm going to be a first time bow user within the next month and i'm really looking into the pse bow madness XS ready-to-shoot package. it fits my budget PERFECTLY and so far everything i've heard and read about says its an all around amazing bow for the price, especially for beginners, and also considering it's a rts package so it comes with a lot of what you already need minus the release and stabilizer. of course i'm going to drive up to bass pro to try a bunch of bows out and see what fits my flavor best, but i'm hoping this bow impresses me. i was hoping anyone had an personal experience with this bow in particular OR any other READY TO SHOOT bow package around the $600 or less price range, MAYBE $700. i know i'm goin cheap, but this is my first bow and it's the price range i can work with for now. thanks guys!

I have shot this bow and really like it. It's fast, quit and smooth. Not to mention that PSE has a awsome warrenty.

I would personally do, is when you get to BPS, shoot every bow they have in there. If they don't have one set up, just ask and they will usually put a rest and a loop on them so you can try it out. Then get the one that YOU like best. What might feel good and work for me might not be good to you.

Good luck and let us know what you get!

thank you countryboy. i intend on shooting as many different bows as possible, but i'm just hoping the madness xs suits me as great as it's worked for everyone else.

The Bowmadness is a very nice Bow. I preferred the regular, and the XL over the XS though.

If you want a containment rest take a look at the Octane Hostage Pro.
