Default Help with Spott Hogg Whammy

Just got it and the directions are confusing about getting the rubber dampers onto the prongs. Does the whole launcher arm come off, or each individual prong slide out? It seems as though both are an option, yet it looks like the prongs will be a pain to get back in there "square" and flush with one another as there isnt a milled flat spot in them to keep the prongs square. So whole arm or each prong?Im confused[&:]help please.
