muzzy broadheads

Default muzzy broadheads

it is my first year bow hunting, my draw weight is 50lbs. should i use muzzy mx-3 broadheads

No reason not to. If they fly well in your set up, then use them. I use Muzzys and I like them. There is no reason, relative to the broadhead that would preclude their use.

Personally, with a 50 pound draw weight I would use a smaller diameter head than the MX3.

NAP nitron, Sonic proand Wasp bullet would be three excelent choices.

I am with bigbulls on this one. The Mx-3 is and excellent head but for your lower draw weight and KE level a smaller head would help maximzie penetration.

I agree with 5 shot and bigbulls. A little smaller cutting diameter will give you better odds. I'll throw a few more heads at you: Wasp Boss Bullet (3 blade model), Innerloc Falcon, Innerloc Stainless Extreme, and the Rocky Mountain Blitz.
