I think if you dont have a back up bow, then you should keep it. I ran over my bow with my car during the middle of the rut in '05 and had no back up. It was going to take a minimum of 2 weeks to send out riser and get it checked. No good, had to buy new bow on the spot, cost me $1200. If I had a back up, it would have only cost me the price of new limbs since Matthews sent me a brand new riser after losing the original, which ended up taking 2 months.
