Default peepsight ( blurry vision )

well, I posted a something in the technical section about having a blurry vision through my peepsight, it's a 3/16" angled peep. When I look through it, I have a blurred ring in which I have to center my sight.
I lost my old peepsight after it blew out when I dryfired the bow.
I ordered some metapeeps but I fear they'll give me the same thing.
I used to have a flex fletch shurz-a-peep which gave me a dark ring where I could center my sight in. Does anyone use does now ?

Had your vision checked lately? Preperly mounted, the 3/16 Meta Peep shouldn't be a problem. Would a bigger peep make things better? Like a 1/4" Meta?

Roskoe, my vision's fine, I still see two girlfriends when I stumble through the kitchendoor at 3' in the morning, drunk...[:-]

I don't think a bigger hole in my peepsight would work, the real issue is that I can't define the edges of my peepsight, which makes it hard to center my sight in.
A bigger hole won't solve the problem, I need a thicker edge on the peepsight itself.
I'll see if I can find a pic of the peep I used to have.....

Roskoe, this is what I used to see through, no peep rotating on the string, no tubing, and thickness that gave me a black ring where I could put my sight centered in the middle. it has the same 3/16" hole.

Did you make sure your string didnt rotate to partially block the peep?

My peeps aligned with my d-loop, so no problem there.....
