Anyoneusedthe Summit Viper SS treestand orhave any thoughts onit? are there any other climbers that I should look at before buying the Viper?

I love the the Summit Viper. I've used both the SS and X5, and they're the lightest, most comfortable stands I've ever used. Probably the only one's i'll ever use from now on. I say go with it.

I bought one this season after seeing all the good reviews it got from the guys on this board. Boy were they right, that stand is awesome.

Getting one for Christmas. Done alot of research on this and other forums and have decidedthe Summit Viperto be one of the best out there. Can't wait to use it.

I use to swear by the ol man climbers. This year I bought a viper ss and it is the best. The best thing about them is how steady they are in the tree. I love mine and would never have anything different

I have also used an ol man climber before. The summit is much lighter, more comfortable, and way easier to install the cables. It can be very difficult to get the cable loop lined up with the hole in the ol man stands. I know other models of stands are like that also.

Goliath user here! Love em! Wouldnt even consider anything else.
