Rage broadheads are ok, but you do need to babysit them. Also there must be some reason why several states wont let you use a mechanical for elk.

I just shot my first deer with the 2 blades it was a big doe, She was done in less than 30 yrds, the blood trail was huge. I only had a high entrance wound with the broadhead stuck in the oppisite shoulder. The entry hole was large enough to stick my hand through. Never seen anything like it. Even after hitting the oppisite shoulder the head is in great shap. I just reshaprened the blades and cleaned her up.
