CARBON EXPRESS CX OR MAXIMA'S
What are your thoughts between these two? Are the Maximas really better than the CX? And Why? I have been shooting the CX for years and I need to get another dozen arrows this year. I just read and hear all the hype on Maximas, but I wonder if they are worth the extra $15-$20.

The only real difference is the straightness tolerance. the maxima's are .0025 and the CX are .003
not a huge difference.
I've shot alot of arrows from the cheapest gamegetters to a/c/c's, gold tips etc. and for hunting an arrow with +/- .003 straightness tolerance is going to shoot fine. If they work for you, Stick w/ 'em.

Are they BETTER? Mmmmmm, maybe.....Both are incredible arrows though, but the Maxima Hunter, I believe, has the edge because of it's front of center technology. I have been amazed, time and again, at how well those arrows fly w/ broadheads attached to them.

RE: CARBON EXPRESS CX OR MAXIMA'S
I'm not sure about the CX's but an experience I had yesterday has proven the Maxima's. My son was shooting my bow, 64# 28" with a 350 Maxima. He was shooting at 50 yards. He missed the target high bounced off the ground and went through BOTH sides of my neighbors metal building.[] Of course it was thin metal, but I'm still shooting the arrow. No cracks, period.
