Read Greg's post. I got some fall grey and after doing some tests with the wildlife management areas and my own private forest land, think its a great all-around camo no matter what time of year. It would probably even look pretty good on the groundin snow, which isn't out of the question in October here.

WKPTodd... You must have read the last paragraph in the thread I linked to, because that's what I suggest too
Also, I'll be taking a strong look at Gray Wolf's Intrusion pattern next year; I think it may accomplish even more of what I'm looking for in a camo pattern.

A very good compromise is to contact Jeff Aulik at www.graywolfwoolens.com and order his Fall Gray in Wolfskin. If you get it unlined (you can always wear insulated underwear beneath it), it's not that unreasonable considering the qualities of the fabric (colorfast, near-waterproof, etc.). Jeff's Fall Gray is actually a good compromise between FG and the old Fall Brown. The base color is not as white, but more of a light tan -- but not as dark as ASAT's tan base.

After reading the posts and "talking" with Greg/MO, I went with the fall gray. I haven't been out in it yet but I like the way it looks in person even more than seeing the pictures. I went with the bucksuede material. It was on closeout at a good price. I called them to check on size availability and ordered it right from them on a Wednesday morning. It was at my door Friday!
