They pretty much fly like field points from a well tuned bow. They do lots of damage. The new ones are very sharp. Tough heads with thick blades. I will be using them for the next few years at least.

They are devastating. One of the best flying broadheads I have ever used.
I used them for a couple of seasons w/ very good success. I switched to Crimson Talons because of some marginal hits some friends made w/ them and the extreme bleeding and short recovery.
The Talons shred them..

I've been looking at those Talons after they recently upgraded them.
Do they fly well? Do they penetrate well?
Last question. Do those curled blades really give your targets a beating?
It looks like they would.

Thanks for the info, I have read a lot of good reviews especially the new improved blades. I have always been concerned about the extra blade and how it affects flight, extra wind resistence and all that. I bought a pak yesterday and will try them out. I decided to stick with the 1" blades rather than the 1 1/8th"

Lebeau,
The new blades on the Talons are much thicker... either way, they fly great and penetrate unbelievebale. The "bleeder blades" really do a number on them and make traking easy. The "spriral wound channel" makes them not clot.
I'm not kidding you... if you could see some of the recoveries of gut shot deer by some friends of mine you would never shoot anything other than the Crimson Talons.
The Slick Tricks are pretty sick though!!!
