AIM Backpack with stool

I was looking for a new backpack with a seat built into it to make it easy to carry my blind material and have a reasonably comfortable seat. The seat comfort is important as I have a bad back and I find it hard to sit still. Does anyone use this, or something like it. You can't beat the price $27.99 at BHSS. All comments and suggestions are welcome.
