Ok I know I am going to get flamed over this but.

This thing actually works a lot better than the STS I had.

The story goes like this the maker of the MeanV Custom String Suppressor seen a post on here where I said I did not like the STS and said it was just another gimmick.

He contacted me and challanged me to try his product so I took him up on the challange and saidI would post my findings whether they be good or bad he was ok with that.

First of all these are custom made to fit into the rear stabilizer hole all you need to tell him is the distance from the hole to the string and what camo is on your bow or if you want it plain black.

The craftmanship is excellent and the camo is a perfect match for my Diamond Black Ice.

It did take out what little vibe was in the bow and it is just as quite without the string leeches that where on the bow when I brought it.

As to any gain in speed I dont know yet as I have not re cronoed the bow but I will in the next few days.

I agree Ausie I just recieved my string suppressor from meanv. It looks clean and does the job, well worth the money. Ausie what has meanv mentioned anything about Feb 14?????

How does that make it better, I dont mean to argue, I just see that it looks nicer, but I like the adjustability of the STS. I just want to see where the performance is better then the sts.

I never said it made it better. You like the adjustability of the sts and I like the looks and the fact that it is cutom made to my specs, of meanv's. They both do the same job, so I guess that is why both sts and meanv sell abunch.
