Can you shoot expandables thru the mesh windows, or will the broadhead open onthe window pass thru? I always use fixed blades but a friend asked and I had know idea. Thanks in advance.

As long as your mechanicals have a retention ring, such as a rubber band, and do not have the big "L" arms, they will work perfectly fine. Any fixed blade head will also work perfectly.

I have a buddy that wants mechanicals but uses shoot through mesh and is afraid they will open. My worry with a fixed head is that if I shoot through it at an angle, I am afraid of some sort of deflection.

No need to worry about either, Reacher. They work perfectly fine. As long as the above mentioned rules concerning the mechanicals are followed.
