Default Wac-Em or Slick Tricks

How much of a difference is there between these heads. They both seem to have good ratings. Rich

slick tricks have thicker blades and I am sure that they are more duarable. I have seen tests where the wacems have had blade issues. I shot a number of deer with the same trick, just resharpening the blades.

I had an issue just the other day while puttingpracticing for my spring bear season. I am currently using wac ems and have liked how well they fly and how quiet they are the coc design etc. The problem I had the other day really surprised me. While shooting my 3-d target with my broadhead, one of the blades actually broke on impact, I heard it snap as the arrow hit.I was very surprised to say the least,it broke in the narrowestspot onthe replaceable blade.(it was the third shot I had taken with the broadhead). I'm concerned enough to look elsewere. I am going to lookat the new snuffers ss's.

I have not shot slick tricks. So I can't comment about them.

I shoot wac'ems and have had awesome luck. The last bull I killed it hit a rib going in and/or coming out and two of the blades got a little wavey but didn't break or anything.
They have been nothing but durable for me. Plus I really like cut on contact heads personally.

i am using slick tricks for my spring bear hunt. They are an awesome broadhead. Shoot straight and true. No issues with them.
