Default Bowtech Equalizer?

Has anyone shot one that would care to give some feedback. I would like to here something before I make the 95 mile trip to the nearest dealer to form my own opinion. Hope everyone has a great new year.

There are a couple of reviews over on archerytalk.com. They seem positive.

I shot one at the ATA show. I really liked it. In fact I'm 99% sure I'll buy one.

I liked the Constitution also, but I'm opting for the more compact and lighter Equalizer.

Just got back from Crackers with my wife's. 25 inch draw / 40 lbs with a carbon express CXL select 2 150 arrow at 240 grains was shooting 252 fps.

One of the quietest shooting bows I have ever heard. We took the hush kit off the strings and put a STS system on it. QAD rest, peep without tube, string loop,Carters strings.

I would highly recommend this bow for anyone with a short draw length.

It is also very easy /smooth to pull back. Amy was pulling 38 lbs on her old bow and is at 40 could have been 45 lbs with this one. We didn't have 40 to 50 lb limbs in so couldn't change them out. But that will be this summer.

Birth certificate showed 270 fps at 25 inch and 40 lbs.

Black Marble color was awesome with shrewd grip.

I did make the drive and was it worth it. I hung up my Outback. This is one sweet shooting rig. Zero hand shock, whisper quite, fast and "deadly" accurate. What more can you ask for? And did I mention a great price?

Did you compare the hand shock of the equalizer and the hand shock of a tribute or an allegiance. Night anddaydifference, I can't beleive the equalizer even has Bowtechs name on it!! The equalizer is a vibration free bow at lower draw weights but as soon as you get it up around 50#'s there is definately hand shock present!!
