RE: Which portable blind?

Ameristep Bighouse...plenty of room to stand and shoot, also more shooting angles...it is a hub blind. HUGE. (but notTOO huge).

I bought the Double Bull Matrix after owning a couple of the cheaper models out there. In my opinion, for what it's worth, is that there is no comparison. The only drawback is the price but if you plan on using it for a number of years, like I do, it's worth the money.

I have the ameristep penthouse you can stand up and shoot out of it but it is just to big wish i never bought it really. Its is also heavy really( 20lbs)two big to be carrying around the woods unless you leave it there, but some jerk would problely steal it anyway, if he could haul it out of the woods without pulling his backout:D. But if you want room it has plenty (78" square x 90" tall)

Double Bull, it is worth the money! No need for camo either. You can wear black clothes and they back up their product 100%.

I bought a Ameristep Brickhouse. And I like this.
It is around $120-$150 depending on where you get it.
It is a hub blind and sets up and takes down in less than a minute. Very good design and roomy enough for 2 people.
I use it for when I take the kids out hunting and also turkey hunting.

DB Matrix..and full size DBblinds 20 lbs.....T2...12 lbs..Not sure on the other models...ie outhouse, penthouse, doghouse, I dont know. I'm used to carrying 20 lb treestands into the woods, why not trading a blind for one sometime. My wallet will open up for a DB next year. These are some AWESOME blinds IMO...silent windows, shoot through mesh, lifetime framework warranty, and built by archery hunters for archery hunters..although anyone can use them.
