Range finders...anyone use them?

Well worth the few extra bucks to know what your distance is especially if you are uncertain. I too use the pro sport 450 and for the money and the purpose, it is ideal. Good luck.

Awsome tool.......If you always hunt in the same stand its not that big a deal. I hunt in many differant stands and its very useful to confirm your yardage estimations. I rarely ever use it on a deer...in bowhunting things usually happen to quick.......I use it when I first get into a stand and mentally mark certain trees and confirm my estimations.....don't plan on rangeing a deer before you shoot it.

If you struggle at judging yardage, a range finder is a must for ya. Personally I do not use one. I shoot 3d competition so I constantly have to guess yardage. If I don't know the yardage I don't shoot.
