I just bought a new rest today a Mach4 trap door. As soon as I tried to adjust center shot I stripped out the screws on the launcher block. I put very little pressure on them and used the allen wrench that came with the rest. I am so frustrated I am ready to explode! I had to put the bow away and regroup. Has anyone else had this problem? It took me a few weeks to put a couple of bucks together to buy it and then this. I am taking it back tomorrow to the pro shop and see if they can help me out. I am on a very tight budget or I would have had them do it from the start. Oh well, now I'm really questioning the quality of this rest.

I used an early model trap-door rest for 3 or 4 years and only had one problem, but then replaced the rest for free. I thought it was a decent rest.
