I just bought a used Copper John Dead Nuts and had one cap screw that was in bad shape. I called thier customer service to ask what the size was as I couldn't find one in any hardware stores around me. Even with them knowing I had bought the sight used they had a free replacement out to me within 5 days ( In Canada no less). That is excellent customer service!! I realize the screw had virtually no value money wise but they deserve the pat on the back for taking care of a customer. WELL DONE COPPER JOHN !
