I had one before I bought my phoenix 32.
I loved it. It shot great, was realetavely quiet, IBO over 300fps, and super light.
If your friend wants a phoenix 32 all set up and ready to go let me know. I am wanting to sell mine.
It has two sets of limb savers, cable rod limb saver, string leeches, TS1 string and cable, extra Stone mountain string and cable (never shot), MBG dusk devil micro sight, NAP QT2000 drop away rest, vibracheck Icon stabilizer, Tru Glow stabilizer quick disconnect, Peep sight, string loop, braided wrist sling, Alpine bear claw quiver, and brand new limbs (about 100 shots on them).
I'll PM you a pic.

I have owned both a UL 35 and a UL 31. Both were very well made bows and top of the line designs for the time they were introduced. Price off the shelf for that bow at most shops was upward of $500. If it is still in good condition then I think $250 is a very reasonable price for it.
