Default new to bowfishing

well there are several rivers that i can shoot in but i have no idea how toget started and what to do.....can someone tell me the basics that i need cuz right now i have no idea what to buy

ok well most people will point out the obvious- bow some wort of retrieval system, arrows. but there are many overlooked tools that i feel are not a required but help. First get yourself a good pair of polarized sunglasses and a hat. you'll also want to get yourself a good mini bat or preacher's stick as some call it to knock out fish after you've arrowed them other than that that should get you started
