The bigheads and grassies are the best eating of the carp. Carptrackers method probably won't work for buffs because of the feathery bones, but since they have long ribcages, you can get a lot of boneless meat off them. I don't know if pics will help - it's a hand's on learning method. Or you can try Christine's technique - "Let Chris clean them. I want to see how he does it compared to how I do it."

The meat and guts from a dozen of this year's carp just got stuffed into the ground under my veggies. I'm going to have some big cucumbers this year! [:@](no comments please)

Hey Ken-doll, I already showed you mine.
I brought some to work this week that I had cooked up Monday. Our new supervisor asked me today if I ever sell my fish. She wants to take it home to her son and husband. Not legal to sell game or fish taken in Missouri, so she's going to trade me some blackberries. And she knows it's carp.
