RE: omega info needed
The Omega is excellent (as in one of the very best) at dealing with reverse pressure in the breech plug area.
Almost 100% none at all.
There is a very shallow channel in the primer cover/firing pin assembly that directs reverse pressure (or blowback) downward towards the swing block assembly away from the sighting position area and any optics.
If you shoot several times (say 10+ consecutive) you will begin to see a minute residue that is directed in this manner. Simply lower the swing block and wipe it off while at the range or back at home to clean. You will also see minor reside in the primer cup of the breech plug. While at the range, take along some Q-Tips and you wet one end lightly in your mouth and wipe out the primer cup and use the dry end of the Q-Tip to dry things up and clean further.
This would also be a good time to use your nipple pick and clear the breech plug.
