I have a .50 cal Traditions pistol that I had adjustable sights put on. It shoots pretty good at 50 yards with 60 grains of bp and a patched round ball. My initial intention was to use it to finish off wounded deer but, because it shoots so well, I am tempted to use it as a primary hunting gun and limiting the shots to 35 yards or less. Anyone have experience hunting with ML pistols?
