Dad did it again..........BP shotgunnin' !
I'm not a Black Powder guy myself (bow hunter) ! But my Dad loves this stuff !
Last year I posted about him killing a couple of different deer with both his .50 cal rifle and his Ruger Old Army .45 pistol .......and a goose with his shotgun all in one weekend ! And several guys said they enjoyed hearing about it !
Well this year he just got back from a week in ND and killed 4 ducks, 2 pheasants , and 2 geese with his Pedersoli 10 gauge ,777 powder ,and I think he said Bismuth shot or maybe steel ???? Anyway...........I was pretty impressed and thought some of you Blackpowder guys might like it ! The Outfitter couldn't believe it and wants him to send pictures for his brochure..........said he had never seen anything like it !
In addition.... he has dropped a couple of does so far this year ........one here with me in SC and one back home in AL ! So he is having a good year so far !
