Shotguns?????????
I want to try smoking my springturkey with the old pole this year any good muzzleloader shot guns out there. What do you like for a good muzzleloader shotgun. And how about loads? Shot? Wads?

I have a CVA 12 ga.double.
I shoot 100 grains powder behind a cardboard wad,then a thin paper wad.1 1/2 oz. #6 shot with a thick card board wad over top.you can get wads and loose shot at most gun shops.
this load works good for me.
test your gun with different wads and loads to see which works best for your gun.

remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.
